What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours when on-site managers are available to answer all questions related to storage units, payment, moving or packing supplies that are available to assist you during your move.
The gate hours are the hours that you can access your unit.
How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.When can I get to my belongings?
Our gate access is seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 9p.m. After hour appointments are available for our customer's convenience.Are the contents of my storage unit insured?
C & L Secure Storage does not insure the goods that you store in the unit, most times a tenant can be covered under their already existing homeowners or renters insurance policy. W do offer storage insurance at the time you sign up for the lease.
How much notice must be given when I move out?
We require a 7 day written vacate notice to move out. Full details on the vacating are located in paragraph seventeen of your rental agreement.How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our drop box located on the south side of the building. You may also arrange to have payment be automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask your manager about this feature.What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. We have a 5X10, 10X10, 10X15, 10X20, 10X25, 12X25, 10X30 (some have double doors).What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Money Orders, Visa and Mastercard. Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program!Do you sell Locks, Packing and Moving supplies?
Yes, High quality dics locks. We also offer boxes and moving supplies.Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?
Yes, we have space for Boats, RVs, Commercial Vehicles, Trucks and Car.
