Q         At C & L Secure Storage how many units do you have and what range of storage unit sizes          do you offer? A         We have 500 units ranging in size from 5'x10' to 10'x30' Q        What are your hours of operation? A        Our gate hours are 7am to 9pm everyday.  Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday         and  9am to 4pm on Saturday by appointment on Sunday. Q       Can you help answer questions about storage problems, storage supplies, movers,         truck rentals, etc.? A        Our expert staff is here to help solve all your storage problems. We sell boxes and moving         supplies and can tell you the most efficient and secure methods to store your property. We         can also recommend movers or truck rentals to help solve your storage problems. Q        What are my actual move-in costs? A        First month’s rent and a $20 security deposit. This is refunable when you leave the unit        clean at the time of move out.   Once you move in, your rental agreement is on a        month-to-month basis. Q        Will my stuff be safe at C & L Secure Storage? A        The facility is fully equipped with perimeter security alarms.  There are exterior cameras          offering digital surveillance.  We also have a coded gate entry system. You can purchase or          bring your own lock when you move in. Q        Do I need insurance for my stored property? A        Check with your homeowners or renters’ insurance to see if your stored property is covered          by your policy. If you find that you do want insurance, we do provide you with an option of          signing up with Tenant One Customer Storage Insurance that specializes in self storage          policies. Q        What can’t I store at C & L Secure Storage Storage? A        Common sense and state laws determine what can be stored. Since you alone have access to          your space, do not store anything that needs a controlled environment. This would include          live animals and plants, explosive or flammable items, toxic materials, food, or liquids. Do not          tempt unwanted critters with food, candles, dried flowers or your favorite sweater. Q        How do I prevent damage from pests? A        We use Redding Spray Company who inspects and services our facility on a Monthly basis.         Our staff can also provide you with specific packing tips to ensure that your stored property is         not damaged.
